Your Job Excelerate™ Work Styles Profiler provides information on five major dimensions of your occupational personality that relate to work: Interpersonal Style, Conscientiousness, Resilience, Achievement, and Applied Thinking. These five major dimensions, referred to as Global Factors, organize the 16 Work Styles into macro categories (see Figure 1). Each Global Factor is a combination of a group of Work Style scores. If one Work Style appears to be lowering a Global Factor score, that Work Style might be considered as a target for self-development.
